Ingredients

1 cup almond milk unflavored
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen cherries
½ cup frozen mango chunks
1 vanilla protein powder
1 cup mixed greens

Ginger Pear Vegan Smoothie

Getting enough protein can be difficult on the vegan diet – but it’s not impossible. This smoothie includes a significant amount of protein from non-animal sources and it tastes great, too!

Ingredients

1 cup water
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp flax meal
1 tbsp quinoa uncooked
½ tbsp hemp seeds
1 soy protein powder
2 tbsp fresh ginger chopped
½ pear
1 cup kale loosely packed
1 frozen banana

Directions

Place all ingredients in FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Low-Carb Protein Smoothie

If you’re looking to lose weight, a quick way to do that is with a low-carb diet. This smoothie is low in carbs, high in protein and isn’t too bad on the taste-buds.

Ingredients

1 cup carb-free coconut water frozen in cubes
1 tbsp powdered gelatin unflavored
1 tbsp powdered egg whites
1 cup spinach loosely packed
½ avocado
1 scoop zero carb vanilla protein powder

Directions

Pour coconut water into ice tray, and place it in freezer. Allow it to freeze completely.

Put frozen cubes of coconut water, powdered egg whites and spinach in FourSide, Twister or WildSide+ jar and blend on “Smoothie” cycle or on a Medium speed for 50-60 seconds.

Add gelatin, avocado, and protein powder, and blend again on “Smoothie” cycle.

Serve immediately.

This gluten-free protein smoothie is full of delicious tropical and berry flavors.

Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk unsweetened
1 tbsp peanut butter
½ cup kale
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop 100% whey protein powder
¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

Add coconut milk, kale, blueberries, raspberries, pineapple, and chia seeds to WildSide+ jar and secure lid.
