 6 fl oz orange juice
 ½ large carrot
 ¼ cup plain yogurt
 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
 1 cup frozen berries

Instructions

Add ingredients in order listed to WildSide+ or FourSide jar and secure lid.

Blend on "Smoothie" cycle or on a Medium speed for 50-60 seconds.
