Ingredients

1 cup almond milk unsweetened vanilla (or your choice of milk)
8 Ginger Snap cookies
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
2 tsp molasses
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 cups ice cubes
½ medium banana optional

Directions

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake

Ingredients

8 fl oz unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp tbsp. peanut butter
2 tsp honey or other sweetener optional
½ frozen banana cut in half
1 cup ice cubes

This simple smoothie recipe is easily adaptable to whatever berries (or combination of berries) you like or have on hand!

1 vanilla protein powder optional
1 tbsp honey (or sweetener of choice, to taste) optional
½ cup ice cubes
1 cup frozen berries (your choice)

Directions

Miami Vice Drink Smoothie

This Miami Vice drink Inspired smoothie lets you enjoy the flavors of the tropical cocktail, delivering hints of Pina Colada and a Strawberry Daiquiri without the alcohol or drink mixes.

Ingredients

½ medium banana
2 tbsp agave (or honey or maple syrup)
1 pinch salt
2 cups cups frozen pineapple chunks
4 fl oz water
1 medium orange peeled & halved
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp agave (or honey or maple syrup)
2 cups frozen strawberries
8 fl oz light coconut milk (canned)

Directions

To make the Pina Colada portion of the smoothie, add coconut milk, banana, agave, salt & pineapple to jar in order listed and secure lid. Blend on “Smoothie” cycle or on a Medium speed for 50 seconds.

Pour into glasses until half-way full.

To make the Strawberry Daiquiri portion of the smoothie, add water, orange, lime juice, agave & strawberries to jar in order listed and secure lid. Blend on “Smoothie” cycle or on a Medium speed for 50 seconds.

Gently pour on top of Pina Colada to fill glass and enjoy!

Orange Greensicle Smoothie

Get the flavor of an Orange Creamsicle in a light, refreshing green smoothie. This creamy treat is so tasty, everyone will be asking for seconds!

Ingredients

3 medium oranges peeled
½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ tbsp honey (or sweetener of choice, to taste)
1 cup fresh spinach loosely packed (more if desired)
2 cups ice cubes

Directions

Banana-Cajeta Milkshake

This sippable, decadent dessert is a sweet balance between banana and the deep caramel taste of cajeta. Drizzling the cajeta over the ice cream before blending will prevent the syrup from sinking to the bottom of the jar.

Ingredients

¼ cup cup milk
1 banana
1 cup vanilla ice cream
2 oz cajeta or caramel sauce

Directions

Add all ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed. Secure lid and select “Ice Crush” or blend on a Medium to Medium-Low speed for 30-40 seconds.

Serve immediately in chilled glasses.

Frozen Coconut Limeade

Sip this sweet beverage, which combines coconut milk with a refreshing touch of tart lime flavor.

Ingredients

4 oz fresh lime juice
½ cup cup granulated sugar
8 fl oz oz. coconut milk
1 ½ cups cups ice cubes

Directions

Add lime juice and granulated sugar to FourSide or WildSide+ jar and allow sugar to dissolve for 1 minute.

Add coconut milk and ice to jar. Secure lid and select “Batters” (or blend on a Medium speed for 30 seconds).

Raw Healing Juice

This whole juice recipe comes from Christiann Koepke (christiannkoepke.com) and is full of fiber, vitamin C, potassium, anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatories and many other nutrients that help you stay healthy and strong.

Ingredients

12 fl oz water filtered
¼ small fennel bulb quartered
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 small organic beets peeled & quartered
3 small organic carrots (purple & white are delicious)
1 medium organic apple quartered

Directions

Add all ingredients to WildSide+, FourSide or Mini WildSide jar in order listed and secure lid.

Blend on “Whole Juice” cycle or a Medium speed for 50-60 seconds.

Optionally, strain through a fine mesh sieve (note: this will remove some of the nutrients and reduce the volume).

Drink immediately for highest nutrition content, or store in air tight glass jar for up to 5 days (at most).

Note: It’s recommended to store extra juice in ​a single serving size, filling the jar to the very top as to prevent oxidation which helps preserve the freshness.
