Ingredients

¼ cup apple juice
1 banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen rasperries

Directions

Select “Smoothie” or blend on a Medium speed for 50-60 seconds.

Berry Omega Blast

A diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids may reduce your risk of heart disease. This smoothie is a tasty way to get omega-3 fatty acids in your diet.

Ingredients

½ cup apple juice
1 banana
½ cup blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 cup ice cubes

Basic Green Smoothie

This basic recipe is ideal for green smoothie novices. The same formula can be used for any fruits or greens to make a delicious smoothie every time.

Ingredients

3 cups cold water
3 cups leafy greens*, packed
3 cups fresh and frozen fruit**
*If you’re a green smoothie beginner, try romaine lettuce and spinach because they have a mild taste. As you adjust to the taste of green smoothies, try Swiss chard, collard greens, kale, and even dandelion greens. **One of our favorites is 1 banana, 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks or frozen peach slices, and 1 cup frozen mixed berries or frozen blueberries.

Directions

Add water and leafy greens to FourSide or WildSide+ jar and secure lid.

Press “Pulse” 4–6 times to chop greens.

Add fruit and secure lid. Select “Whole Juice” or blend on a Medium to Medium-High speed for 50-60 seconds.

Agua Fresca de Sandia Recipe

Agua Fresca is to Central America what lemonade is to the United States on a warm summer day.

Ingredients

2 tbsp agave nectar
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 cup ice cubes
4 cups watermelon seeded and cubed

Directions

Add ingredients to WildSide+ jar in order listed.

Secure lid and select “Smoothie.”

Pour into glasses, and garnish with lime slices and ice.

Peach Yogurt Cooler

This creamy yogurt smoothie is great as a breakfast, snack or even dessert. For an extra-special treat, put this smoothie in the freezer for at least two hours and eat it like frozen yogurt.

Ingredients

6 fl oz low-fat milk (or your choice of milk)
3 peaches peeled & pitted
2 cups ice cubes
½ cup fat-free peach yogurt

Directions

Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid (decrease ingredients by half if using Twister jar).

Blend on “Smoothie” cycle or blend on a Low speed for 10 seconds, then a Medium to Medium-Low speed for 10 seconds, then Medium to Medium-High speed for 40 seconds.

Green Vegan Smoothie Bowl

A creamy green smoothie that is perfect when eaten with a spoon and your favorite toppings!

Ingredients

½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup spinach
¼ avocado peeled & pitted
1 tsp chia seeds
1 cup ice cubes
½ frozen banana cut in half

Directions

Add almond milk, peanut butter, spinach and avocado to Twister jar and place Twister lid on jar.

Hold Twister lid and blend on low for 10 seconds.

Add remaining ingredients and place Twister lid on jar.

Select “Smoothie” cycle or blend on a Low speed for 10 seconds, then a Medium to Medium-Low speed for 10 seconds, then Medium to Medium-High speed for 40 seconds.

Turn Twister lid counter-clockwise during blending.

Notes: This recipe is best when made in the Twister jar but can be made in other jars by following steps 1-3 above and then blending on a medium speed and stopping about every 10 seconds to check the texture and scrape sides back down to the blade.

*To prepare recipe in FourSide jar, multiply recipe by 1.5
*To prepare recipe in WildSide+ jar, multiply recipe by 2

Skinny Peach Berry Smoothie

This non-green smoothie (with greens) tastes just like one you could purchase at a smoothie shop without the hefty price tag.

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ banana
½ cup cup fresh spinach
1 medium fresh peach halved and pitted
1 ½ cups ice cubes
1 tsp stevia (or sweetener of your choice)
1 cup frozen mixed berries
½ cup fresh kale trimmed

Directions

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie

So decadent, you would never know this is a green smoothie!

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp chia seeds
1 cup ice cubes
8 fl oz unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tbsp honey (or sweetener of choice, to taste)
6 whole strawberries

1 vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp unflavored fiber supplement

Directions
