Parsley-Passion Green Smoothie

Ingredients

1 ½ cups water
½ cucumber cut lengthwise
1 banana
1 cup pineapple chunks
¼ bunch of parsley approximately ½ cup
1 cup ice cubes

Directions

Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.

Select “Whole Juice” or blend on a Medium-High speed for 50-60 seconds.

Melon-Berry Sipper

This beverage is simple to blend up during the heat of the summer and it’s also an excellent source of fiber.

Ingredients

3 cups seeded watermelon
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.

Run on “Smoothie” cycle or blend on a Medium speed for 50-60 seconds.

Pumpkin Pasta Sauce

Are you craving fall-season foods? This pumpkin pasta sauce really hits the spot!

Ingredients

¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp coconut oil
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp fresh basil
½ tsp fresh sage
2 garlic
¾ tsp kosher or sea salt
½ cup milk
¼ onion roughly chopped
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 Roma tomatoes, roughly chopped

Directions

Heat oil in large saucepan.

Add onion, tomatoes, garlic, black pepper, salt, sage, basil, and oregano to pan; cook until onion becomes tender and translucent.

Add remaining ingredients to saucepan, and continue cooking until mixture is heated through.

Transfer all ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar. Secure lid and select “Sauces.”

Serve with your favorite pasta.

Pina Colada Ice Cream

Kick back and pretend you are somewhere tropical while you enjoy this refreshing ice cream!

Ingredients

¼ cup half and half (half milk/half cream)
3 oz sweetened condensed milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp fresh lemon juice
½ cup fresh flaked coconut
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
2 whole milk cubes (about 1 tray of frozen milk)

Directions

Add ingredients to jar in order listed and secure lid. Select “Ice Cream” cycle.

Note: If your Blendtec doesn’t feature an Ice Cream/Frozen Yogurt button, blend on a Low speed for 15 seconds, then blend on a Medium High speed for 30 seconds. If more blending is required, press pulse several times until desired texture is achieved.

Lime Cilantro Hummus

Give your hummus a tasty twist with lime and cilantro.

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp 1 + tsp. lime juice
1 tsp lime zest
2 tbsp tahini
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves loosely packed
1 clove garlic
½ tsp salt
16 can chickpeas drained and 1/3 cup liquid reserved

Directions

Add ingredients to jar in order listed and secure lid.

Blend on “Sauce” cycle or on a Medium to Medium-Low speed for 25 seconds.

Gazpacho

Chilled gazpacho is an ideal tonic for the hot days of summer.

Ingredients

1 tomato quartered
½ cucumber peeled and quartered
½ green bell pepper cored and seeded
2 tbsp green onions
tsp ground black pepper
tsp hot sauce
tsp kosher salt
2 tbsp olive oil
½ onion
1 ½ cups tomato juice

Serve immediately or chill.

A delicious morning smoothie flavored to match the color of the sunrise.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups orange juice
1 banana
2 tbsp wheat germ
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup pineapple chunks

Directions

Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.

Select “Smoothie” or blend on a Medium Low speed for 10 seconds and then a Medium High speed for 30 seconds.

Tropical Sea Breeze

Ingredients

1 banana quartered and frozen
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 tbsp spirulina powder
3 cups spinach
2 kiwis peeled
1 ½ cups coconut water

Ingredients

1 cup ice cubes
1 cup mango frozen
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
½ banana
1 apple cored and quartered
12 fl oz orange juice

Directions

Add all ingredients in order listed to FourSide or WildSide+ jar and secure lid.

Select “Smoothie” cycle or blend on a Medium speed for 50 seconds.

Mango Margarita Ice Pops

These refreshing mango ice pops are great on a hot day; or anytime you’re in the mood for a cool treat. After trying this recipe, get creative and experiment with different fruits.

Ingredients

½ oz triple sec
1 ½ oz tequilla
3 tbsp lime juice
1 ½ oz orange juice
¼ cup ripe mango
½ cup mango yogurt
Berries or other fruit optional
½ tbsp agave nectar (or your choice of sweetener, to taste)

Directions

Add all ingredients, except optional fruit, to FourSide or WildSide jar in order listed and secure lid.

Blend on “Smoothie” cycle.

Pour mixture into ice pop molds, filling ¾ full.

If desired, add optional fruit, dividing evenly among molds.

Freeze ice pops until solid.
