1 cup papaya chunks remove seeds

¾ cup frozen pineapple chunks
½ banana

4 fl oz tequila
2 fl oz triple sec
2 fl oz fresh lime juice

Ingredients

1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
½ cup low-fat milk
1 jalapeno pepper seeded
cup fresh cilantro leaves
2 cloves garlic
½ avocado
¼ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp sea salt
2 tsp dried parsley
½ tsp dried dill
tsp paprika
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 medium tomatillo husked and halved

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Traditional BBQ Sauce

Slather ribs, chicken, pork, and even tofu with this versatile sauce, or use it as a dip for veggies and fries.

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
½ medium onion
1 ½ cups crushed tomatoes
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp molasses
1 tsp liquid smoke
½ tsp ground mustard
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp kosher or sea salt
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper

Directions

Heat oil in pan over medium heat.

Add garlic and onion, and cook until onion is tender and translucent.

Add remaining ingredients to pan, and stir well to incorporate. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Cool and then add mixture to FourSide, Mini WildSide or WildSide+ jar and secure lid.

This delicious taste of the tropics is packed with some of the healthiest foods on the planet.

Ingredients

1 ¼ cups water
1 banana
¾ cup frozen pineapple chunks
¾ cup frozen mango chunks
1 tsp spirulina powder
½ tsp bee pollen
1 tbsp unrefined, organic coconut oil
2 tbsp brazil nuts
2 cups greens (chard, spinach and/or kale)
1 tbsp golden flaxseeds

Directions

Add first 5 ingredients to WildSide+ jar and secure lid. Blend on a Medium Low speed for 50 seconds.

Add remaining ingredients and secure lid. Select “Whole Juice” or blend on a Medium High speed for 50-60 seconds.

Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Make your own classic mint and chocolate chip ice cream in minutes!

Ingredients

¼ cup half and half (half milk/half cream)
3 oz sweetened condensed milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp fresh lemon juice
2 cups whole milk cubes (about 1 tray of frozen milk)
¼ cup chocolate chip
1 tsp peppermint extract
¼ cup baby spinach

Directions

Add first seven ingredients to jar in order listed and secure lid. Select “Ice Cream” cycle.

Note: If your Blendtec doesn’t feature an Ice Cream/Frozen Yogurt button, blend on a Low speed for 15 seconds, then blend on a Medium High speed for 30 seconds. If more blending is required, press pulse several times until desired texture is achieved. Pulse in chocolate chips.

Mango Tango Smoothie

Ingredients

¾ cup orange juice

1 ½ cups ripe mango chunks

1 cup orange juice
2 tbsp honey optional
2 tsp fresh ginger peeled (1/2″x1/2″ piece, optional)
2 cups mango chunks fresh or thawed

Directions

Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.

Blend on “Smoothie” cycle (or blend on a Low speed for 10 seconds, then a Medium to Medium-Low speed for 10 seconds, then Medium to Medium-High speed for 40 seconds).

Portion into ice pop mold and freeze until solid, about 4-6 hours.
