If you do not offer take-away business, then blending directly in the customer’s cup is not the be-all and end-all.  So how do you decide which of the remaining models is right for you?  Price is one thing, and we’ve got a great ‘business case calculator‘ where you can see how quickly you could be recouping your investment.  Customers don’t care how much you spent on a blender, what they care about is getting value for money which means getting the perfect taste and consistency for the price they paid.  All our blenders can crush ice and pulverise other hard ingredients with ease.

Our entry model ‘Chef 600’ comes with 3 speeds settings (timed) and a pulse button.  This unit is often used in commercial kitchens or bars that offer ‘pseudo-smoothies’ where you use pre-blended mixes that just need a quick swirl.

Our mid-range unit is the Space Saver 825.  It comes with 5 buttons + pulse.  You can freely programme each of the buttons to be one of 42 different blend cycles (such as large smoothie, thick medium milkshake etc.) that are saved on the machine by default, or you can create your own online using our BlendWizard.  This blender is ideal when used in the back kitchen away from customers where noise is not an issue.  The Space Saver 825 and upward are ideal also for milkshakes.

Next up is the Connoisseur 825.  It is identical to the Space Saver 825 but comes with sound dampening material in the bottom housing (hence a bit larger footprint) as well as a sound enclosure.  As it is relatively quiet, this unit is ideal when used in big open spaces where customers are in line of sight of the blender.
