Weight Loss Protein Smoothie

Whether you want to lose weight for health reasons, or just to be able to fit back into your favorite pair of jeans, you’re not alone. It’s estimated that over 50% of Americans would like to shed some unwanted pounds. Get started with one of our personal favorites that will help you do just that!

 1 cup rice milk
 ½ cup baby spinach loosely-packed
 ½ cup kale loosely-packed
 ½ banana
 ¼ cup frozen peach slices
 ¼ cup frozen mango chunks
 1 tbsp flax meal
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 1 vanilla protein powder
 1 tbsp unflavored fiber supplement

Place all ingredients in FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.

Blend on "Smoothie" cycle or on a Medium speed for 50-60 seconds.

Note: If smoothie is too thick, add a small amount of water or some additional rice milk and blend on Medium for about 10 seconds.
