Gazpacho

Chilled gazpacho is an ideal tonic for the hot days of summer.

Ingredients

 1 tomato quartered
 ½ cucumber peeled and quartered
 ½ green bell pepper cored and seeded
 2 tbsp green onions
  tsp ground black pepper
  tsp hot sauce
  tsp kosher salt
 2 tbsp olive oil
 ½ onion
 1 ½ cups tomato juice

Instructions

Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed. Secure lid and select "Soup."

Serve immediately or chill.
