Enjoy this healthy dessert smoothie without the guilt. It is filled with fresh carrots, walnuts and traditional carrot cake spices - yum!
Ingredients
34 cups unsweetened almond milk
⅕ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp honey (or sweetener of choice, to taste)
3 medium carrots trimmed, peeled & cut into chunks
2 tbsp walnuts chopped
½ tsp ground cinnamon
⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
½ frozen banana
1 ½ cups cups ice cubes

Add ingredients to WildSide+ or FourSide jar in order listed and secure lid.

Blend on "Whole Juice" cycle or blend on a Medium to Medium-High speed for 50-60 seconds.
Note: Garnish with shredded coconut and/or nutmeg (optional).
